You retain ownership of your original content.

4. Intellectual Property

Podnacle Materials

All website content, branding, systems, and workflows remain the property of Podnacle. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Pricing is agreed before work begins
• Payment terms are defined per project
• Refund eligibility depends on project stage
• Completed work is non-refundable unless required by law

6. Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Project complexity
• Revision requests
• Client response time

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podnacle is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost revenue or business interruption
• Content errors originating from client material

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
